Frequently asked questions

Q: What's the best video-editing software beginners?

• A: I started editing with Windows Movie Maker but realized that I should use something better instead. I highly recommend getting Sony Vegas products and starting with them. Sony Vegas is a simple yet efficient and professional editing software that allows you to make nice edits and just casual videos with ease. If you want to learn how to make high quality animations and intros you can do that with Adobe After Effects. It's a bit more complicated than Sony Vegas but after you will get on with it you will realize that it's actually better than Sony Vegas. It's just not sure beginner friendly at first.

Q: What's the best recording software beginners?

• A: For the best recording software I recommend Shadowplay, FRAPS or OBS. Shadowplay is the best for casual recording and you can set it to your needs with it's easy setting choices. The thing with Shadowplay is that it has specific system requirements. FRAPS in the other hands is great for recording high quality footage but needs good PC specifics to record good quality 60 fps recording but overall is a great way to record demos for a gaming montage. OBS is a great broadcasting and recording software. It's a simple way to stream and record any game with and let's you to edit the settings to your computers best.
