So basically I updated to iOS 11 developer beta and I'm on version 3 of the beta and I've been having problems where my phone doesn't charge anymore and it never starts and when it does open it goes to 3% then shuts down again. I'm really pissed at this since I don't have a backup of my latest files (pics and vids). Anyways I can fix this? I don't have a warranty also.

It could just be it requires a new battery, try getting that replaced.

The phone is new TBH, I've only had it for around 3 weeks. It can't require a new battery.

I could go buy a brand new Car @ 40k USD and roll out the dealership 28mi down the road my motor blows up. nothing is 100% efficient
Best is to take it to a repair shop, have them check your Charging IC , Port and battery.
if non of the above are faulty:
if u flashed the beta with a Legit Dev account, then apple will gladly help you out and reflash the phone

Basically i bought it from a licensed apple supplier but not an apple store. It's called iPro.
