There are driver issues and a bit of adware.
Please uninstall the following using control panel:
Ace Stream Media 3.1.7
Java 8 Update 101 (64-bit)
Java 8 Update 91
Java SE Development Kit 8 Update 101 (64-bit)
Yahoo! Powered
Then download the latest java from java.com and install it.
