you're ripping off people with non-existent products like this bot. Imo you have just proved your incompetence and your inability.
@OP
protip: next time if someone offers you a hVNC, or claims to a have a working one, get a Windows 10 in your VM, install the latest updates and let it run there to make your tests. A functional hVNC module or code (can't remember) is currently going around for Windows 10. The price is around ~15k USD.
I am sorry for your loss. Be sure that you're not dealing with such technically inept skids again.
