I'm wondering about this, because I've never heard of a school or academy that offers app languages, only C and java etc.

App languages? As far as i know you code Android apps in C, Java or kotlin.

Yeah. A huge market. The university I went too offered a mobile development course, which offered iOS and Android development together. Swift for iOS and Javs for Android. I took it as an elective (it wasn't a core subject). Not one of my favorite subjects, as I majored in security, but it's good to know. As I said, there's a huge market behind it. I'm not looking for a job as a mobile app developer, though. I know of some students in my class who got jobs as mobile app developers even before graduation. A lot of organizations desire them.

from what I have personally seen, android devs are more in demand, however both are in demand so don't worry lol

Learn React Native or Xamarian and you can do both.

There is a big market for mobile apps now that almost everyone has smartphones. Small (or big I guess) restaurants would probably be interested if you designed a mobile app for them.

Yes, if you would look at some freelancing sites all you'd see would be app dev requests or wordpress requests.
So if you want cash you learn that crap.

Ya there's a great market for app devs. You should contact some local restaurants and ask them if they want an app. A lot of places by me have started to get apps and I can tell they are all made by the same person because they are all the same with a different logo 😏 He's probably making bank as well.
