Im making javascript injection of hackthissite and through tutorials I got

javascript:void(document.forms[0].to.value="[email protected]")

But Im confused on what the [0] represent.

ALSO,I have a quesion on how to code the ".to.value" part. Do I just add a period after the "area" I'm going to void??

if this form makes no sense sorry.
