User perm scammed me $120, and -rep me so I couldn't post a deal dispute - Zemoden - Jul 27, 2017

Got a full deal dispute written out, but can't post it as he put me in negative reputation after so I couldn't report it. Also blocked me off everything and instantly put me on ignore list. Should I send the proof to a staff member or what?

Use the proper deal dispute format when constructing your thread.

In order to post your Deal Dispute in the correct section you need non-negative reputation. It seems some very generous users have granted you this and I suggest you post your Deal Dispute immediately. Making threads complaining about reputation, whether it be directly or indirectly, can cause users to give you positives and negatives. This will make your reputation fluctuate and you could easily be bumped down back to negative any minute.

Go post it in the Deal Dispute section while you still can.

Ughhh 😠

No. This is not the Deal Dispute forum. Posting in the wrong section to bypass requirements of other sections as if that's an okay solution to your problem is not okay. If you don't meet the requirements you don't meet the requirements. Omniscient has already lowered the requirement of posting in the marketplace just last week. It's not hard to meet the requirement.
