Hey, i tried to setup a RAT but i wont work. I cant Port Forward atm so I'm using proXPN+No-IP. For the Host I'm using the DNS from No-IP. After I'm finish building i open it but i dont get any new clients. Btw Im using a VM.

DO NOT USE No-IP. As soon as they notice you're doing something illegal, they will terminate your services and if you fucked up enough, they'll pass the information to Law Enforcement.

I disagree.
Microsoft suspected some of customers were abusing service for malicious purposes. However, instead of reporting the malicious activity to abuse department or law enforcement, Microsoft decided to secretly sue in civil court.
regardless, it seemed like a one personal time thing

Oh sure, let's just use it and risk going to court... No-IP just isn't worth it, it's been that way for about a year now.
Also, multiple people's services were closed down because of malicious use, not just one.

Just get a cheap VPN, with portforwarding features and use that. If you don't do illegal stuff any VPN with that feature will do.
