I'm not writing a massive paragraph about bullshit I'm cutting this short because we all have business to take care of...

You're offering "great" deals but yet have not much time to post something neat on the forums.
How will the communication to your customers be? Will you have time for them?
If you want to get customers I suggest you to take the time to communicate with them.
Also, you're new to the forums I wouldn't get my hopes to high to see investers come buy your deals.
