Hi so I have a question if it is considered a valid dispute.
I was selling a method which works and has been proven. I had someone who wanted to buy it to steal my method and create his own bot which I was clearly against so I would of said no to him.
He contacted a developer to pay his partner to buy my method. It clearly stated that they were to not distribute the method.
Later I find out the person who has been flaming/trashing me now has the method. I got furious and traced it back.
I contacted the person who bought the method from me. He was unaware of this issue and wanted to solve it so we dealt with it. Turns out his partner didn't let him know this was for a competitor and that I wasn't notified too.
Is proxy buying/leak considered a violation?
Basically Person A is innocent but person C and B did a shady move. Person C obtained the method via leak
Innocent guy (A) | dev (B) | 3rd party(competitor) ©
C paid B to buy my method to not get rejected
B contacts partner A to buy the method
B gives C the method since C bought the method but C was not agreed to have the method due to terms
Person A has solved personal matters with me but I was wondering if what person C did was considered an offense by coursing and making people lie to me to get my method sent to him.

As you said you resolved it with person A, I don't think there is anything that can be done.
Probs best to just suck it up and move on I guess

But its still the fact C paid B to pay A to get the book to send to C when B hid the details from A

So the guy who was harassing you is the innocent guy or other company? Seems a little confusing.

The guy trashing me set up 2 people to take the fall for the leak.

There's no marketplace rule against this, if there was, we would have too many technical and complicated rules.
Don't trust anyone in the marketplace. Consider opening up a community alert in 'Marketplace Discussions' to warn other users.
