Am I allowed to sell premium spotify & netflix accounts? - Nιght - Aug 6, 2017
A user said that I have to be ub3r, so once I upgrade I can sell them?

Once you are Ub3r you can sell them, or you can ask someone to proxy sell them for you.
* - Ratt - Aug 6, 2017
Literally in the section rules.
4. Thread creation restricted to Ub3r only.

The answer to your question is; yes.
But as stated above, you need to be Ub3r. Meanwhile, you can find a proxy-seller by posting in: Partnerships, Hiring, and Personnel

You can sell them in the NFA section when you become ub3r. If you make a sales thread in another subforum to bypass this requirement the thread will be taken down and you will be warned.
