CID Grabber idea - Clarence - Aug 7, 2017

I have an idea for a console id grabber, i wouldn't be an auto grabber where you push a button and it pulls one but its could be a application that has a internet explorer window and and you would have to manually grab it but let me explain.
So most of the people that use a jailbroken ps3 use WebMAN and if you get the IP of the ps3 that is using webman you can connect to it and you takes you to the root of there ps3 where you can look at the different files and directories and when you visit webman through the browser you can see the psid and cid. But what if there was an app that scanned for certain IPs maybe using some kind of google dork to grab the IPs of them certain ps3's. It was just an idea in my head and i wanted to know what you guys would all think of it and if you thought it would be a good idea.

Fairly certain this would only work if they have a pretty badly configured network.
This would require certain ports to be open or their console to be the DMZ.
I doubt it would get very far at all.

but thats the great thing about webman it runs through port 80 because its web based and if the ps3 is on you can connect even if they are in game, If you was connecting to someone elses ps3 via ccapi you would need a certain port open to enable all connections but i cant remember what one.
