Pastebin your FRST.txt and addition.txt logs which will be in the same directory that the tool was ran from. Then wait for a member equipt to read FRST logs to come and check over your logs. Just to make sure of it, please do the following: Download fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE: It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After that do this please: Please download RogueKiller and save it to your desktop. - Quit all running programs. - Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator to start and when prompted allow it to run. - Read and accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) - Click Scan to scan the system. - When the scan completes select "Report", a log will open. Close the program > Don't Fix anything! - Post the contents of the log in your next reply. - Wait for a trained user to tell you if you can delete what RogueKiller finds It's possible that you have a driver/hardware problem, but I can't help you with that. * - 5chn4pp - Aug 11, 2017 (Aug 10, 2017 10:09 PM)coder1 Wrote: FRST.txt Download fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
