I think they got rid of it after 2013, either that or it was just slowly phased out.

You always had to be approved, it was simply a matter of being held to a higher standard.

I certainly do. Good heavens. Everything and a sandwich was looked through with a fine-tooth comb. Not saying the same isn't still applied. Just it was chaotic. People fought, complained and bickered over whom was the better quality member, and more deserving, and just a whole load of various other things.
