I used the =empty feature, forgetting that I had one specific thing in my messages that had info I needed for a deal, is it possible to recover that specific one?

It's never good to store messages on HF. If it's important, export the PM or simply copy the information.

Whenever you are a normal member your allowed 50 total private messages, if the PM's were in accordance to a Deal Dispute do not PM Omniscient to recover them as Staff members do not get involved in them.
If you'd like to increase your PM space I suggest upgrading to L33t as it's the best upgrade to start out with and is defiantly worth the $20 BTC.

You can export your PM's as your box fills in order to keep track of things that were said, I personally clear out my sent box and store my inbox that helps as well because the PMs you send get added to your PM total.

It's gone unfortunately. You can download your private messages before clearing them, just something to note for future.
