Has not refunded my BTC still.
I shouldn't lose money since I have sellers protection on this payment, but yeah, deal with caution.

I can confirm that this paypal account belongs to ƬHΣ ICΘ∏ΘCLΔЅƬ, since we were about to exchange 1-2 days ago and he was refusing to send as family/friends, then he sent as services/goods and he opened a chargeback (hopefully I hadn't send any money to him yet).
