twitch-csharp a C# API Wrapper for Twitch.TV (Automated Registration + More) - KronosClouds - Aug 23, 2017

I'm originally from NGU - Sloth
I know that this seems a bit weird since this is a brand new account and shit but I am a long time lurker and I wanted to give this out to everyone.

Please forgive my terrible formatting too 🙂

I was bored recently and had a go at creating a bot to automatically register a twitch account and then automatically authorize the account to receive the OAuth for it.

It is something that I haven't seen anywhere else before and I managed to get it working although it does require you to use 2Captcha in order to solve the ReCaptcha for registration and Login, and also requires you to setup a developer application in Twitch the link to do that is in the github readme.

I then went ahead and added messaging/Whispering other channels as well as following/unfollwing other channels these features are already in a bunch of other tools but I added them anyway.

Please check the readme on github to understand how it works at a basic level, for the 2Captcha shit all you need to do is make an account on the site add some money to your account and then add the key via whatever tool you are making with 'Globals.CaptchaAPIKey = "Your Key Here";'

I will provided limited support on it depending on if I can be bothered my discord contact is in the readme also.

Please note this wasn't created with the best coding practices or anything but it works and you can change it around to work with your own shit.

Features Condensed:
  1. Automated Account Registration
  2. Automated Account OAuth Authorization
(The features below require the users OAuth)
  3. Send Messages to Channel Chats
  4. Send Whispers to Channels (Doesn't seem to always work unless the whisper chat is initiated manually first)
  5. Follow other channels
  6. Unfollow other channels

Quick Tutorial Vid sorry for shitty audio

Formatting & organization of source code inspired by Tustin from NGU.
Flurl Code also inspired by Tustin from NGU.

Have fun with this.

This seems like an awesome share.

Gonna let someone check this out before. Do you have a video of some of those features in action? Would also be nice.

Is it really wise to connect to the IRC whenever you want to send one message?
What if I want to send a few messages?
Consider alternatives.

I only added the send message feature to show a basic way on how to do it not for a proper way for someone to communicate over twitch.

What's your discord man? Would like to talk to you

You should make an interface like ICaptchaHandler (and include a default implementation like for 2captcha). It would be more useful for people using other services.

Nice idea I don't know much about interfaces so I'll look in to that.
