This seems like a good video from quickly scrubbing through it, if you have the time and passion to learn how to create this on your own.

As others mentioned, it's low-poly. It takes a lot of time to complete one art piece aha. There's a guy on IG that's dedicated in making these kind of low-poly artworks for sneakers.
You can look up videos on it if you have the patience.

I once made a self-portrait in low poly 7+ hours of work, which was something.
But in the end low poly does look awesome.
