I have participated in a contest that was supposed to end on the 24th of August.
The OP closed the thread to avoid having any more people joining during the last couple of days and stated he would re-open it on the 24th (obviously to select a winner).
I have sent him a PM reminding him of the fact that his contest is overdue and the thread is still closed. He has been online a few times and is online as I'm writing this but doesn't read my PM about this.
In this situation, when is the contest considered to be fake, and what is the proper way of reporting this?

I'm assuming you would PM a staff member or Omni himself if the person doesn't pick a winner.

I can only hope he's just lazy, but if you host a contest, one would expect you keep up with your own conditions and end date. Reported it to site staff anyway. Nothing personal, just seeing it as it is.
