What hacks can i do if i have access to the persons phone ...Iphone
and Facebook, which is already logged in

Do you have physical access? if so download a key logger to a usb and then run it on his pc. If not you can try some SE to get him to download the logger.

If I'm correct he's talking about a phone not a pc, in this case there's not much you can do
