Hello dear friends. I need a program for sending bulk messages to Whatsapp for marketing. It should send messages to 8 million whatsapp number in 1 month.
Is this possible to send these messages with C# program? If it is can you help me how can i make this project?

Yes it is possible. I suggest you learn to program, figure out how Whatsapp sends their messages (decompile the app, sniff the packets, etc.) and bob's your uncle.

Agree with Ninja unless you have enough money to buy aftermarket prepaid scripts to do that.
