I currently have no internet as I have just moved house and have been using a VPN on my phone to access blocked sites by my phone provider I then accidentally went on hackforums on my phone while connected I pressed home and swiped it up straight away but wasn't fast enough, I'm wondering how to get these taken away or resolved?

You can log out and log back in on another Internet connection.

I've disconnected from my vpn and just using regular 4g which I've never had a problem with before and still have 2 matching? Will this go away or what's the steps I need to take?

You have nothing to worry about. Your 4G can be shared in your location where other people have logged in on HF from.

It is only temporary till you have gotten a home network, right?

In that case you should be fine. If you're worried that it might affect you in the future you may always send staff a PM so they are aware.
