Are Port forwarding and Port Mapping the same thing? - WannabeMegaHacker - Aug 31, 2017

I am trying to open ports on my HT2000w, and although there is no option for Port Forwarding, there is an option for Port Mapping, and from what I have read online, they're the same, but I am not sure.

Any help is appreciated.

If it's just about port forwarding, buy a vpn instead which has port forwarding.

I have read about crypyicvpn, which seems to have a good reputation. Is forcing all programs through a proxy like Proxifier an option that would achieve the same result?

Proxifier, depending on your chain, will slow down your connection by a lot.

Use a VPN with Portforwarding and No-Logs.
