What do you guys think about this series? is it worth watching? and in what order should I watch it? also, is the 'human movie' worth it or not?

Yes, Yes it is.
The order really depends, I'd reccomend reading the wiki and follow one of the orders, I went for release date order, the standalone complex is good aswell IMO.
The live action(human movie ) is deffinetelly worth it, they did great job visually high end budget cgi very loyal to the original designs, however they stood a bit shallow on the plot even if kinda "loyal" they took a bit from all series with the AI creation beeing the main plot and Makoto's past life as a secondary plot.

Watch the two movies, followed by both Standalone Complex series'. I personally didn't bother with the Arise movies, but knock yourself out.

The movie adaptation wasn't too bad, I'd give it a 7/10 but I'd say be sure to watch the anime, it's obviously better.
