Requirements: Must be selling on HF (sales thread not req), Must have a portfolio

Shouldn't be "Best" in the title. Just "Designers". A list of designers.
One or two of the mentioned in that list is by no means "best".

the best designers on here are those who won the (GOTM) contest i think .

Added SIMAAS, but not Maxim, while he is great, he does not wish to be added as he doesn't usually sell to HF members openly.
