Hello. Can I ask exactly what is this and what's the use of it ? All I know about mining is that the miner gets paid from the fees they pay. How much money is to be made from this ?

It is a silent miner. You can install this miner as many computer as you can. And all of them mine for you secretly.

That does depend on what the clients specs are on the CPU

For example my i5 laptop create 40 H/s hashrate
