By doxing your target they may want things like the old method where you require holding up an ID, fancy photo manipulation in photoshop can be done to side step that or you may need to know things like creation date or creation IP, it depends it's not always the same.

Not a theory multiple people have known about this method for awhile it's literally just contacting the higher ups its pretty common sense but im bringing this into the light because many people have came to me recently saying unbanning ig's is harder or jacking them is near impossible because they changed the forms making it harder to contact them so im showing that it's still possible to contact them. Iv'e used methods like this for yahoo so its just applying the same logic on other companies.
