When taking a poop do you keep your pants around your ankles or do you take them all the way off or and btw if you do this you are a freak do you just get naked to take it?

I take them off and then I also take off my top. I stuff the two of these with various items of clothing from the laundry basket and fashion a sort of fabric me which I prop up in the corner in varying poses.
It can get lonely on the toilet.
