Silent XMR Android/ARM CPU Miner - Reticulum - Sep 7, 2017

Hello,

Does anyone know of any silent XMR miners for Android or any compatible for ARM CPUs? If not does anyone know someone who would be able to develop one?

Edit: I've found this reddit thread which seems like someone's ported code to Android.

Java Android developers can help you, I wouldn't expect too much gain from mining android CPUs but Im not sure about the silent part as surely you would have to install it as an .apk? Correct me if im wrong.
Also, I havent seen any public miners for android, hit me up if you find one, very interesting.

Installing it as a .apk wouldn't be an issue, would just have to be hidden in the app drawer. As for much to gain, it'll be free money I won't be using my devices :~)

i see where you going with this. if you get more clues about this or find a miner. i would easily be able to run a android botnet with 1k devices without a issue

I've found a miner just need to find someone to make it silent :)

I suppose this is an interesting idea.

The miner would consume a ton of battery but if you had it set so that it detected when the user was sleeping (i.e charging their phone) and had the miner activate during those periods of inactivity you could actually have a viable thing there. Minimal interference to the end user too.

There's also Android powered smart TVs, smart TV boxes - lotta potential.

I am not hating i am simply stating facts. you won't make much money you are better off doing ddos4hire than trying to mine 1.9GHz processors
