glitch text effect - Raνe - Sep 7, 2017
Looking for twitch/glitch/grainy/old TV effect kind of text that says GANGSHIT
Must be a .gif with a transparent background
If anyone can do it, I'd much appreciate it.

Something like this?
I know it's not transparent but it will take a minute to fix,
PM me with more details if you still want this :)
