Physically Cleaning a PC? - IzzyJohnson - Sep 12, 2017 Any recommendations on what to use to clean a PC physically. Not just the software/OS cleanup. I am going to air dust it and use a special vacuum to get any spiderwebs and dust out of it. What else should I use? * - webdev77 - Sep 13, 2017 Acetone is good for cleaning actual components, but that's really not needed. Air and a vacuum can usually get out all of the dust. * - Gt403cyl - Sep 13, 2017 (Sep 13, 2017 01:14 PM)webdev77 Wrote: Acetone is good for cleaning actual components, but that's really not needed. Isopropyl alcohol is also good for cleaning higher % the better. I prefer not using acetone as it can break down plastics very quickly. |
