I have my digital Ocean server and account, but I don't know how to access the cpanel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this cpanel or just digit ocean panel? If its the later you should be able to sign in as normal - https://cloud.digitalocean.com/login

there are no control panels installed on digitalocean droplets. actually there's nothing on them, you have to install and configure what you need

it's all self managed you must do all the installations your self. if you really need a free panel try webmin and or vestavp those both seem to do the trick if your looking for a panel, otherwise you will more then likely need to purchase a cpanel license.

D.O is easy to use and they have a lot of tutorials on how to use the platform
plus setting up most things can be found on their community tutorials or YT.
