I really have suicidal thoughts all the time.
my life is literally the worst case scenario
1# Family is officially broke
2# I just broke up a 6 years relationship
3# I have no friends
4# Nobody actually care about me
I am not an attention whore or something but i really need some help

Depression etc. is only whats in your mind, just start thinking more positive and live the life you feel like you are missing. Start by signing yourself up for any activity you enjoy and get good at it, this could also be online. After that try and see if you can make some money doing what you love. Keep in mind your depression is only temporary and you have a lot of family members that care about you, so please don't do it. Suicide will harm the ones around you more than yourself.

Everything temporary.
1# Family is officially broke = Temporary, money also isn't the meaning of life.
2# I just broke up a 6 years relationship = Temporary, been in the same situation, 7 year relationship, it'll pass, you will meet better people. I'm now engaged to the girl of my dreams.
3# I have no friends = Temporary, you will meet people if you put yourself out to meet people. Don't shut yourself off especially when they communicate with you.
4# Nobody actually care about me = I don't even think this is temporary. Everyone has people that care for them, regardless of who they are or what they have done in life.

No one can tell you how to battle your personal demons but everyone has something to live for.
You may not know it now but there could be a potential friend/girlfriend waiting right around lifes corner, if you give in early you are denying yourself the chance to meet them and feel better.

Why don't you go out, see the world, visit clubs, hit a joint, meet people?
You don't need family or a girl to be happy. I've been in your position. I almost drowned myself in my own bath tub but I realized that it's a permanent solution to temporary shit.
Maybe emigrate from Egypt? Move somewhere, or just visit, study, or maybe start a company? Be independent.
Go to Berlin and fuck girls in clubs.
