Simple question, if i got my channel ban for breaking the youtube TOS, am I allowed to make a new channel.
Do i risk getting my new channel closed?

I'd imagine you will be fine. You are likely not IP banned.

Just go ahead and make a new account, try not to break the TOS and if you have to consider finding ways to bypass it if that makes sense.

Well their Terms of Services says you can't, but I'm 100% sure they won't do anything to you if you make a new channel.
I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to be safe, get your IP Address changed so they wouldn't suspect anything. But I wouldn't worry about it at all.

It's not allowed but I've seen people doing it anyway so I don't think that anything will happen.
