Hello friends,
2 days ago my instagram got disabled for violating the TOS. But i didn't do anything wrong. I contacted Instagram and they said i've to send a specific number and my full name and IG username. Well, I did but they said they were unable to reactivate my account and it can't be restored back :( because of violating the TOS. I did nothing wrong just posted my own made pics. No copyright or something. Maybe people reported me or something. 🤮
Is there anything I can do next like contacting them on fb/twitter?

Edit: Even though Instagram multiple times said i couldn't get my account activated again. And i used a bot for automatic liking and following. (This didn't cross Instagrams limits, there are a lot legits bots out there) I managed to get my account back! What i don't get is the same person said i can't reactivate it and then he said he activated it again -.-''. It took a lot of patient and messaging them, but it was worth it. Never give up guys 🤝

I mean instagram itself told you that your account is gone, what else is there to do?

Contact them like you appealed the suspension. Ask them for the reason it got disabled. If you were botting to get likes/followers, that could be the reason. There's nothing else you can do.

yes, i was using an app for automatic likes, comments and follows but it would't cross Instagrams limits. The appeal was like a form could't add more to it but responding to their email would do it i quess. I hope for the best

Well this its the reason you get banned because you used bots to increase likes folowers etc

Any form of getting automatic followers/likes or views can get your account suspended. Read their Terms of Service.

Nope they didn't i had the account for like 2,5 months. I let my friends also use the app but they don't get disabled. I contacted them again but it takes long for them to response or even get noticed lol

to get it back by spamming the shit out of them. They said like 2 times they couldn't activate it back and appearently they activated it!
I litterly have no idea how or why. Weird asf

You didn't asked them which TOS you have violated?
