Will resetting Iphone 7 really reset it? - growtopiack - Sep 21, 2017

I think resetting it will not reset it because it's apple.

I want to create new apple ID. I think my old hacked apple ID will come back after I reset.

Although it seems like op may be mentally deficient in some way, I'll go into this.
Resetting an iPhone will remove most of the user data from it. That means stuff like music, apps, etc. I'm pretty sure that on Apple devices (I know Google paired Android's do this for sure) the iCloud will remain intact on the device until manually removed to prevent people from whiping stolen phones and selling them.
Some info about the phone will not change, such as the imei etc.

How to manually remove it?

Reset it and see if it will allow you.

You'll need the login. Go to settings, there should be an option to disconnect iCloud from this device. I'm not too familiar with apple so apologies.

If there is an iCloud account linked, it will ask for the password before resetting it. If you don't insert the password, the reset process won't start.
Once the process is finished, the phone is totally wiped, so the iCloud account won't be connected anymore.
