CPU Max 3.19 GHz, runs 0.19 GHz and Blue Screens - Neon - Sep 22, 2017
I posted this in a separate computing area but I desperately need help. Recently, a hidden crypto miner was on a website I frequently visit. I was completely unaware of this, and now my CPU is having performance issues like this.
I have tried reinstalling Windows and still get the blue screen stating “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR”

Yes GHz, and I think I made a guess with the title. It’s 3.19, not 3.42.
My CPU goes to 100 degrees celsius nearly instant while idle and turned on...
