Welp, bought Ethereum like 3 hours ago, all confirmations processed, says sent but on the payment page it still doesn't say payment received..

Well if there's a problem with the transaction and you don't get the award in 24 hours, it's alright.

The policy is to wait 24 hours, then send him a PM. You're not bothering him, its more like him offering customer support for his products.
