graphic clarification favor - two beers in - Sep 27, 2017
So story being my friend got his motorcycle knocked over by a school bus and is trying to go through the school district to pay the damages however the only cctv he could get you can't quite make out the district or the bus number. is anyone here a kind enough person to try and help make out the lettering? if this is the wrong area to post I apologize and thank you.

Can you post the link again, it got messed up somehow.
But this isn't a TV show, you can't just "zoom in" and then "clarify" the image. It simply doesn't work like that.

reposted. and from what I've read into there's methods to atleast get a bit of clarity on things with motion blur. I don't need it zoomed in. Thank you for your time.
