Here's the thing, my best friend has been diagnosed with depression long time ago, she has other conditions like borderline/bipolar personality disorder and also lies compulsively (most times she can't control this). Lately she has been feeling reallly down and tried to hurt herself (she cut her wrists for the 3rd time this year). She has been living in denial and refuses to get help from any of us, she fights with everyone who tries to help her, and we believe she is refusing the psychologist's treatment and just lying to her.
That being said, me and her mother are DESPERATE. She won't even talk to us (blocked us on FB) and we really need a way to control her and see what she's up to, we wanted to gain access to her Facebook and Google account so we really know what's in her mind (she lies pathologically all the time, we never know if she's being honest).
We have physical access to her computer, we have some of her passwords (we don't know if they're the same as FB/Google's, however I can't try to login on her Facebook/Google/Gmail because she will be notified and think it was us. What would be the best approach here? I was thinking about going into her computer and trying to see saved passwords and disable Facebook's notifications, but the most important thing is Google (because we can control her searches and see if she's having bad thoughts like suicide). I also thought about RAT/Keylogger, but I don't have much experience on that field.
What do you recommend?

Bad idea. Sad story but if she finds out that you guys are invading her privacy she will either cut a lot, or suicide. At this point when the person is at a tipping point they can go for the worse. Do NOT rat her. That would be the most dumb thing. Say you Rat the device and she finds out and kills herself, who is to blame? You and you will have to live with that forever. Bad idea DONT do it

Yeah I agree, the last thing she needs is to feel like she cant trust the only people there for her.

She has never trusted anyone, she has been like this since she was 6 years old. Her sister is the person she trusts the most and still doesn't tell her half of what happens in her life. She is always on defensive mode, never gets too attached to anyone
