This is whatsoever not even considered a chargeback

If I sent you the PP funds and they were accessible to you then your account puts the funds on hold for unusual activity then it's not my fault

Then your PP gets mine limited and then you say you'll refund me if I send the BTC back to you

Like why would I need a refund if my PayPal is limited and can't do anything with funds in it????

It's not me wanting not to refund you back but then I'd be out of BTC when you're PP already fucked up all my funds in the account as it is

Seems like a loss on both parts for me and you only care about your side of the money

I'm sorry you loss BTC but you're not even considering my side so yea

This is not a chargeback as I told you it's your PP holding funds and that's on your side

If your paypal is holding the funds and he didn't start a dispute and is limited why don't you just have paypal resolve it by calling them?

Deal originated from you, it's like sending someone fraud Amazon cards that don't even work a day later. It's your responsibility to make sure the funds stay there, why don't you attempt to call PayPal? Unless they were fraud balance. Your reason is holding too much balance, why don't you just explain?

Correction. BTC exchanging is allowed if you give Paypal prior consent as to what your account will be used for. If you show them necessary business paperwork then they will allow you to trade crypto (i.e. Coinbase).

But in your case, I would assume you do not have this paperwork, therefore you are in a rut 🤝

You need the shipping ID and stuff. Which I don't
The payment was via friend's and family, apparently it's a shipping order.

No, you got limited, this isn't on his side, are you dumb?

'Held, there is an open dispute regarding this transaction'

This is being held literally only because your dumbass got limited.

Until you refund him BTC or resolve this issue, you're going to be labelled a scammer, simple.

It's like delivering an Amazon GC, and it gets returned the next day. "Code worked yesterday, not my fault it doesn't work today"

Yeah it sucks... :(

This is the exact reason I don't trust paypal at all. Neteller and skrill better work for me apart from bitcoins. Hope you guys get it resolved soon.

I would consult Cryptic before calling them. GLWS OP

In the email PayPal sent you did it say the reason for the hold was because the PayPal sender reported this as unauthorized or did they just state that the transaction looked suspicious so they were going to take a second look? If they stated it was an unauthorized charge then he definitely chargedback. PayPal is really aids, I'd use SquareCash.

You might get limited just because you use friends and family option too often.
