PayPal - issue completing purchases - Variety52 - Oct 10, 2017
So basically whenever I attempt to purchase angtbing it says 'we are sorry we can't complete your purchase. Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay"
Any ideas?

Fresh PayPal right? if so it's because of that normally happens when you receive your first paypal as f&f
