Updated the Proxy Checker to use filters for the country's and Export by country to .txt files as requested by users.

It also protects the user, the last thing you want is to buy a tool and somehow your license gets leaked or account stolen.

I don't get what you men't there, I guess i could have added another section for protection and made the thread a lot bigger but i think of it as a feature , auto updater is a feature but its still done by 961API.

Noob friendly, mutch working proxys.
Dev answers fast on question.
