Hey I have a question is it dumb I’m thinking about getting a 11 inch MacBook Air for hacking I currently have the 2015 MacBook Pro but recently my friend showed me his air and I loved how light it is if i bought a air on eBay that has i5 2.1ghz 128gb which im going to add 1tb ssd card is it possible to hack with?

If you meant install something like kali linux on it then no, macs have awful linux support. Get a thinkpad if you wanna do teh h4x0ring!11

1. yes do whatever. but follow jabaneses advice and get a refurbished thinkpad t420 or t60.
2. why the fuck are you running kali as main distro.

This. Also when the cops chase you down you can throw your thinkpad on the ground and it would still work. Mac soda can shit would break kek

Go for it, only issue is software compatibility which isn't as big an issue as people make it out to be, and obviously if you're running a vm it's just about non-existant.
