Introduction
Despite my nonreputable semblance, I must push the fact
that I am indeed professional and ready to put work in.
I'm knowledgeable in the following areas:
Customer Support
I have worked both in a call center, and for an online
Customer Support instant messaging service. I don't
get frustrated when non English speaking users don't
quite understand what I'm trying to convey, I just slow
down and convey my message as politely and throuroughly
as possible to maintain the integrity of the product/service.
Writing
I would like to imagine I am fairly decent at writing, I was
participating in college creative writing courses by the time
I was in 9th grade. I have a keen eye for grammar errors
and things of that nature, so if you just need somebody to
Proof read your essay for a dollar, I'm your man.
RATs
I am very knowledgeable in remote Administration, I can
elaborate in detail anything from how to set the programs
up and running, how the spread the executable (my strong suit),
and overall just basic troubleshooting questions.
Private Investigation
If you need a contact email found, or the phone number of a
particular person, I would be willing to attempt to find the
information for a couple of dollars. I am not an expert, but
I've had years of experience and I won't give up very easily.
Conclusion
My skill sets are limited, I know, but I'm willing to learn
to try and support myself. Difficult times call for desperate
measures.
