Mouse keeps randomly freezing on laptop - czok - Oct 30, 2017
Hi,
Pretty straight forward as the title says. The mouse on my laptop keeps randomly freezing and I have to press fn+f9 to unfreeze it.
Could this be a virus? If so how do I remove it?

Please read through the points below before we start.
- Please do not run any tools other than those I provide for you, independent efforts may make it worse, and would become difficult in providing the best set of instructions for you.
- If you have any issues at some point, please make sure to tell me, do not hesitate to ask me about it before proceeding.
- Your computer is clean when I notify you, sometimes the symptoms will dissapear, but it doesn't mean that the malware is also gone.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
- Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button.
- It will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
- Please copy and paste the logs back here.
