Iridium and/or Brave seem to be popular for that.
Some useful addons: WebRTC Network Limiter, Disconnect, Adblock Plus, uBlock, HTTPS Everywhere

You forgot ScriptSafe beside that these add-ons are a good choice.

If you use firefox based browsers edit some of the parts of the browser and add extensions for increased security and privacy.
Right now I use ISP + VPN + Tor + Tor + IceDragon -> Web

It is browsers for Web Penetrations I have used it. I would rate it 9/10
It includes all the ESSENTIAL plugins required.
It offers hackers, all the plugins accessibility in it.
I am not sure about its LOGS. but I do recommend this Browser. Ask me for this browser.
