I'm trying to run on a VPS, and I keep getting this error message:

Does this mean I need a graphics card? I've troubleshooted installing C++, adding exactly the right DLL's but the program only works on my friends pc and my pc, which tells me maybe it needs a graphics card?

If you cannot find out why this is not working then you should first lean C#.
The error is saying that it is missing dependencies so that can mean files or .NET Framework 4.0-4.7

It's just that you need to have that dll in the directory of the file, you find the exact dll where you've build the project.

just use the nuget package. it'll resolve your dll dependencies for you.

Yes he should but if OP isn't, he need to place the dll on the same folder of the executable.
