What's the best anti-virus and anti-malware program to scan my computer, I'm concerned I might have a virus due to my slow latency.

Give this a shot Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Download, I have heard good things about it. Umm also there is a "WhiteHat" Section as well where they can help you further.

Kaspersky has free versions.

Use Malwarebytes with scan for rootkits enabled (keep in mind MB is antimalware and not a complete antivirus solution, its best used accompanied with a paid antivirus solution)
If you own windows 10 the built in Windows Defender after Creators and Anniversary update has increased in quality by a lot so its your best free option

Use something like Malwarebytes. I'd advise against using any tools creating by people on this site. Particularly the tool NoBot has many vulnerabilities in it, so I would keep clear.

Not true. Please dont rely on windows to defend against malicious programs. Kaspersky is a great anti-virus program but it is made and based in Russia and has been connected to some fishy things. Maywarebytes I think has a 90 day trial and is also very good. Mcafee has had a fuunny backstory ( lol you should read about it ) but it doesnt allow itself to work alongside other anti-virus programs. Nothing is free in this world so be careful and also dont trust anything made on hackforums there are a lot of scammers out there. Good luck and I hope I helped 🎉 🎉 🎉

I used to use an anti-virus called Stinger which was the best back in the before McAfee bought but I don't know now...
You might wanna loom into that too!
Moreover it used to be free... please update me if there are any changes to Stinger and it's prices!

If your pc has good hardware components then use Avira, Avast, Norton (Any one of them)
If your pc does not has good hardware component then use Bitdefender for perfect use.
Note: keep it updated by latest versions.
You will be secure.

Kasperksy is good as well as Avast. Try one of those outside with Malwarebytes on the side as well. You will be good.

Use a combination of Bitdefender and windows defender, and you will be fine. If you need to clear a virus, I would recommend a combination of Malwarebytes and Malwarebytes anti-rootkit.

Windows Defender isn't bad after latest updates.
I made a backdoor that got through all antivirus databases on spyral, but WD still picked it up...
