It’s fake. When the value on top is the balance in USD the bottom should be the amount of bitcoin owned. Bad inspect element.

All you do you deactive your internet connection and press the "reload button", as you don't have connected, it won't reload.

Well, I reload my blockchain and it shows USD, if I click it shows amount in BTC. Up and down.
